The best part is once the mouth guard is in your mouth, you can continue with your daily tasks at hand. There is a 3 piece set that was really easy to use. First rinse your mouth out with the Tartar control whitening rinse. This rinse, mixed with water was my most enjoyable part of the whitening process! The rinse tasted so good and left my mouth feeling clean and fresh! I am hoping I can continue to use this rinse alone! This rinse, starts to remove stains from teeth and gets your teeth ready for the whitening gel. Next you easily squeeze some of the whitening gel onto the mouth guard. You can do your top teeth, bottom teeth, or both. I did both since I was determined to whiten my teeth in 5 minutes! The mouth guard was very comfortable but the whitening gel had a stringent flavor to it. I could feel the gel on my gums but it was manageable. I carried on with my 5 minutes while whitening my teeth. Throughout the whitening process and the next day, I experienced no pain or discomfort. That was the highlight of the whitening process. The next day, I saw the results! My teeth looked white and clean. I almost didn't recognize myself! After reading the instructions on the Plus White 5 Minute Speed Whitening Kit, I could even whiten my teeth for up to 20 minutes for more significant results. I was happy with my 5 minute whitening routine however it is nice to have the option to continue whitening my teeth. This was a great product that I would use again. As mentioned earlier, the whitening rinse was my favorite part! I highly recommend to anyone that wants to quickly whiten their teeth and have a brilliant white smile!
