Dr. Barman's Superbrush has 3 sets of bristles on the same toothbrush! Initially I wasn't sure how the 3 way toothbrush would fit around my teeth. I decided to use the compact one because I have a small mouth and smaller teeth. As soon as a placed the Dr. Barman's Superbrush over my teeth, the bristles encapsulated my teeth and gently glided perfectly over my gums. It was like an all around tooth/gum massage! It was new, different, and great! The toothbrush reached all my teeth, all surfaces, and in one simple brush stroke. The bristles perfectly hug your teeth and you really get a great clean. Even reaching the back of my teeth that I normally can't reach with a regular toothbrush. I am confident that more plaque was removed from the surfaces than with using a regular toothbrush. I plan on using this toothbrush more often especially for the mini gum massage that I will be getting every day and night!
