Wisdom Click Toothbrush

Did you know that 3 out of 4 people brush too hard? Brushing too hard can irritate your gums and gum line.  Very uncomfortable for sensitive gums and a receding gum line.  Toothbrushes are meant to lightly glide over teeth and gums, at the same time efficiently clean them without too much pressure.  Occasionally, we all get into the habit of scrubbing extra hard on our teeth when we eat messy foods or want to remove the extra plaque buildup.  But this is why we go dental checkups at least twice a year! The wisdom click toothbrush comes in medium and sensitive bristles.  The toothbrush "clicks" which notifies you that you are brushing too hard.  I was expecting a device on the toothbrush to make the clicking noise but instead it is simply when the handle is bent back too far and makes a light click noise.  The handle was pretty tough and while brushing my teeth, I easily passed the test and the toothbrush did not click.  You have to push pretty hard on your teeth and gums to make the toothbrush click.  Which I can see is a very serious issue, if people brush that hard.  I could see that brushing your teeth would be an unpleasant experience if you brushed your teeth with too much pressure.  With this Wisdom toothbrush, you can learn to properly brush your teeth. Over time, after you learn the correct technique you can upgrade to another toothbrush.  I personally don't brush my teeth hard but it was nice knowing that there are products that show you if you are.  I would recommend this product to children for when they are learning to brush their teeth.  The bristles were soft and easily removed plaque from my teeth (without too much pressure).  This toothbrush properly cleaned my teeth but my first question was, "do people really brush their teeth this hard?".  Informational product designed for a special need. Rating: 4 stars out of 5 3 out of 4 people brush too hard. Wisdom Click tells you when you do! Click Feedback System. Brushing too hard is damaging to gums. Should you brush too hard the toothbrush handle will bend backwards with a noticeable ‘Click’ reminding you to adjust your brushing pressure. V-shaped inner bristles and active tip clean hard to reach areas whilst the soft outer filaments provide gentle cleaning of the gum-line.
