The eye pads can be refrigerated for a cool fresh feeling but the eye pads alone feel very refreshing. The sticky pads easily sit under your eyes and they are pretty comfortable. Unlike cucumbers, you do not have to lay on your back for 15 minutes, instead you can walk around the house at ease. I instantly could feel a tingling and cooling sensation under my eyes. This area is very delicate and the skin is very thin, so it felt really relaxing. Occasionally I lightly pressed the eye pads into my face and I could feel the soothing, cool pad on my face. It was very relaxing, especially in the summer heat. After 15 minutes, I easily removed the pads and could tell that the skin around my eyes felt tighter and the puffiness disappeared.
