extra soft toothbrush? Even if you have receding or sensitive gums, you still need to keep them clean and remove plaque to avoid conditions such as gingivitis. You need a special brush for your gums for a proper and gentle cleaning. Cleaning your gums is just as important as cleaning your teeth to maintain healthy oral care. My main concern for my gums is removing plaque and getting rid of bad breath germs.

Fortunately Dr Tungs has made a product that is very gentle on gums and for people who may experience discomfort when brushing their teeth. I used the
Dr Tung's Compact Gumbrush after brushing my teeth and the rubber bristles were so soft, that I could hardly feel them on my gums. However I do not have sensitive gums so it was very easy for my to clean my gums with the gumbrush. Although I would feel comfortable cleaning a canker sore on my gums with the compact gumbrush because I know the soft rubber bristles would not irritate the sore. People who do experience sensitive gums shouldn't have a problem when using this gumbrush. Especially if they are not cleaning their gums properly due to discomfort from a toothbrush. This gumbrush felt great and I could gently massage my gums and remove all plaque and food particles easily. Since I am able to thoroughly brush my teeth and gums with a regular toothbrush, I probably won't be using this product on a regular basis. My breath seemed the same after using the gum brush. However I would recommend this product to anyone with sensitive gums.
