My daily oral care routine consists of brushing my teeth,
flossing, and using a
mouthwash. I believe that this daily routine has helped me avoid painful visits to the dentist. I visit the dentist on regularly scheduled appointments and I always hear good results for my teeth. As I get older, I want to make sure that my teeth stay in good condition and fluoride maintains the surface of teeth and prevents cavities. I recently had my first cavity and even though it was a painless experience I want to avoid having future cavities!

I tried the kids bubblegum flavor and I instantly remembered visiting the dentist as a child. The flavor was very sweet and with daily use, I hope to prevent cavities in the future.
