Have one of your whitening trays broken? Do you need new whitening trays and already have molds for your mouth?

If so then dentist.net can help, we now offer you the ability to order professional whitening trays for either your upper or lower teeth.

How the process works:

1. Place your order online by selecting your desired product below.
2. After you receive your order confirmation, you will receive an email with instructions on where to send your current molds of your mouth.
3. Once we receive your molds, we will begin making your custom whitening trays at our lab.
4. On completion we will mail you: your impressions/molds and the new professional whitening tray(s)
5. Turn around time is approximately 2-3 weeks from the date we receive your molds.

Please note: Dentist.net will not be responsible for lost or damaged molds during shipping. When shipping your molds be sure to use adequate bubble wrap to avoid damage to the molds while in transit. The custom trays are made to fit the molds submitted to dentist.net and as teeth may shift slightly over time we cannot guarantee the trays to fit as well. As such there will be no refund.
