Terms and Conditions:
Your use of the Dentist.net web site is governed by the policies,
terms, and conditions set forth below. Please read the following
information carefully. By using this site or submitting an order
for products, you indicate your acceptance of, and agreement
to be bound by, the terms and conditions set forth below.
If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please
do not use this site and please do not submit any orders for
products. These terms and conditions may be changed by Dentist.net
in the future. It is your responsibility as a user to periodically
return to this page to review the terms and conditions for amendments.
The amended terms shall take effect automatically the day they
are posted on the site. Your continued use of the Dentist.net
web site following any amendments will constitute agreement
to such amendments. These Terms of Service were last revised
on Feb. 1, 2003.

Pricing Policy:
All prices quoted include sales tax, however are exclusive
of freight and handling charges. Prices may fluctuate due to
availability. Price and availability of products offered on
the web site are subject to change without prior notice. To
the extent we provide information on availability of products,
you should not rely on such information. Product packaging is
subject to change without notice and images of the product packaging
online may differ from the actual product shipped.
Dentist.net will not be liable for any lack of availability
of products you may order through the web site. For all merchandise,
Dentist.net reserves the right to adjust prices due to errors
or changing market conditions. Due to the fast pace of the dentistry
and consumer products industries, all prices are subject to
change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the
most accurate, up-to-the-minute information. Despite our best
efforts, a small number of the items on our web site may be
mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect
price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error
or error in pricing information received from our suppliers,
Dentist.net shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders
placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.
- If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated
price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the
item.
- If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated
price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price
error and order cancellation.
You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the
item at the correct price, if you so wish. While we make every
attempt to verify prices before charging your credit card, Dentist.net
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on
a wrongly-priced product whether or not the order has been confirmed
and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already
been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Dentist.net
shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account
in the amount of the incorrect price.
We believe that day-in, day-out, our pricing is very attractive
relative to our competition. Combined with our product assortment,
product availability and service level, we believe that we offer
a compelling shopping experience. With that in mind, we do not
offer price protection.
Dentist.net reserves the right to cancel any order placed
for any reason at all.
Dentist.net will place an order "on hold" for any of the
following reasons. The billing address cannot be verified The
customers email address is a non-working address. If a shipping
request is unlikely to be met by the shipper. Shipping to certain
countries where additional credit verification may be required.
If we for any reason suspect fraud.

Sales Tax Policy:
Internet sales are not subject to sales tax unless you reside
in the same state as dentist.net. Dentist.net believes that we should
all pay the same price for an item. As dentist.net ships from within
California, dentist.net will pay your sales tax if you are a resident
of California.

Making Purchases:
If you wish to make purchases of products described on the
web site, you will be asked to supply certain information, including
but not limited to credit card or other payment information.
You agree that all information that you provide to Dentist.net
will be accurate, complete and current. You agree to pay all
charges incurred by authorized users of your account and credit
card at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.
You will also be responsible for paying any applicable shipping
and handling charges relating to your purchases.

Special Orders:
All wholesale orders require full payment at the time the
order is placed. 50% of the invoice total is non-refundable.
A signed credit authorization form will be required to
acknowledge the agreement of this policy. Delivery times
will vary due to availability and stock of the products. An
additional 2-3 weeks delivery time is often required. Please
contact customer service for more details.

Payment Methods:
Dentist.net accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express
and Discover cards with no additional
surcharges. For your protection, we check all credit cards for
potential fraud. Please be sure to provide your exact billing
address and telephone number - the address and phone number
your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information
may cause a delay in processing your order. We do not accept
C.O.D. or check orders. Your credit card will not be billed
until we ship your order.

Shipping and Handling Policy:
- Delivery times may vary, but most items will be processed
on the same day the order was placed or within the next business
day.
- Any orders placed Friday EVENING through Sunday will be
shipped the following Monday. Orders are shipped as soon as
possible. Please specify any shipping instructions in the customer
comments section of the order form.
- US Public Holidays are observed and may delay shipping.
- Orders are shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service
(USPS), however all P.O. Box orders are shipped via USPS.
- Dentist.net does not offer a UPS weekend (Saturday or Sunday)
delivery service.
- All orders shipping to Military Addresses (APO & P.O. BOX),
Alaska, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, N. Mariana Islands,
Palau, Puerto Rico, Samoa, Virgin Islands are shipped via United
States Postal Service Priority Mail.
- International delivery
is approximately 2 - 4 weeks.
- Dentist.net cannot ship to international P.O. Box addresses.
- Please Note: To
better serve you and to protect your shipment, most orders will
be shipped signature required. Any orders returned to Dentist.net
as undeliverable will incur an additional ground shipping charge
to reship the order.

- UPS Ground or United States Postal Service $6.95
- UPS 3 Day Delivery $15.95 (NO UPS weekend delivery service)
- UPS 2nd Day Air $26.95 (NO UPS weekend delivery service)
- UPS Next Day Air $39.95 (NO UPS weekend delivery service)
- If your order weighs over 5 lbs there will be an additional
shipping fee - we will notify you by email before we process
the order.
P.O. BOX Orders:
- Flat Fee for Ground $6.95
- United States Postal Service Priority Mail (Delivery
5 - 10 business days)
International Orders:
- Rates: $20 for the 1st pound and $12 for each additional
pound.
- Orders under 2 pounds are shipped via USPS Air Mail.
- Orders over 2 pounds or valued greater than $80 will
be shipped via USPS Express Mail.
- If the total weight of your order exceeds 2 pounds,
Dentist.net will notify you via email of the exact shipping
charge before processing your order.
- (FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ONLY) We allow a 2 business day cancellation period. If
we do not hear back within this time we will proceed with
the order.
Customer Service Department.
- For all international orders, we outsource a third-party
shipper to handle customs forms, packaging and delivery.
Besides postage, we have to calculate additional packaging
materials, packing, package insurance, handling and delivery
fees.

Returns:
Dentist.net offers a 14 day return policy from the date of
purchase for any UNOPENED product ordered from
Dentist.net. We reserve the right to charge a 20% return fee
for any non-defective unopened products returned to
Dentist.net. Customers will be responsible for return
freight charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Products that have been OPENED cannot be resold and as such
are only offer a 50% credit.
Dentist.net requires a return authorization number (RMA)
for any product being returned. Returns without a RMA
number will not be accepted. Customers need to provide a
sales order number and reasons of return to obtain a RMA
number. Please contact our customer service department
before returning any products. We recommend that you
reference your RMA number on the outside of the return
package and ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail.
Please understand that returned opened dental products are
discarded and as such Dentist.net does NOT accept 'I DON'T
LIKE IT' returns. Please be familiar with the item you are
purchasing.
Dentist.net offers a 30 day exchange guarantee for all
DEFECTIVE products purchased directly from Dentist.net,
provided that the product is returned in its original box
and includes all original packing material, original
manuals, and any accessories that came with the item.
Partial returns will NOT be accepted.
We cannot process any exchanges, refunds or provide
warranties for any free or promotional items that may be
shipped with your order.

Order Cancellation:
All orders must be canceled the same day the order is placed within business hours (9am-5pm PST).

Email Policy.
We read email from 9am to 4pm PST Monday to Friday. We respond
to your email in most cases by the next business day unless
it requires research. If your email requires research, it may
take longer. During the holiday season, we may not be able to
respond as quickly as usual.

Pre-Orders:
A Pre-Order is the purchase of an item with a listed “Expected Ship Date.” Pre-Orders are not charged until the day of shipment. Pre-Orders with multiple items, including those that are in-stock, will be shipped on the listed ship date of the Pre-Order item. If you would like to have the in-stock items on your order ship prior to the expected ship date, an additional $6.95 shipping fee will be applied.

General Teeth Whitening Disclaimer:
Dentist.net is informed that nearly all tooth bleaching studies
have been conducted with 10% carbamide peroxide(CP). We
recommend that you use this strength for your tooth whitening
needs. There is limited or no research with the higher
strength bleaching gels. As such, purchase and use of
the higher strength gels is done so at your your own risk and
Dentist.net is not liable for your results or damage from using
the higher strength gels.
Individual bleaching results vary and dentist.net cannot
guarantee a particular result. It is essential that you strictly
follow the directions regarding set forth by the manufacturer
of the bleaching product. Not following the instructions may,
among other things, damage your teeth and gums. Even if you
follow the directions, in some instances, bleaching may result
in blotchiness and/or a non-uniform tooth surface. Bleaching
fades with time. Unexpected results may occur and may be irreversible.
By buying a particular bleaching agent, you accept all the risks
associated with tooth bleaching and release and hold dentist.net
harmless and it's agents, employees and principals harmless
for any issues or complications arising from or connected with
the bleaching.
Dentist.net is only a distributor of bleaching products to
whiten teeth. Dentist.net does not manufacture said products
and is unaware of the content or safety records of said products.
As such, Dentist.net cannot and does not guarantee or warranty
any of the products sold and is not responsible for your results
or problems from using the products.
