How can I check the status of my order?

If you have an account with Dentist.net, you can login to your account and click on the check order status link to view your order status and get tracking information if it is available.

Dentist.net corresponds via email only. We respond within 24hrs, usually sooner if this relates to an order.

I did not receive an email confirmation when I placed my order?

Unfortunately, you did not enter your email address correctly. Please email a valid email address and request a receipt if necessary.

I would like to know when my order will arrive?

For all orders placed within the USA, when your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation via USPS or UPS with a tracking number. This will allow you to track your order. In order to receive the UPS or USPS tracking information a valid email address is required. There is NO tracking available for International and P.O. Box orders.

I have not received my order?

UPS ground takes 5-7+ business days and International orders can take up 2-6 weeks for delivery. You can track your UPS order with the tracking number that is sent when your order is shipped.

Why was the international shipping less than what you charged me?

We use a third party for international shipments. The charge covers not only the cost to ship your product but the labor to pick-up and deliver to the shipping center.

Why is shipping so expensive as the item I ordered is small and weighs almost nothing?

Please understand that UPS charges the same dollar amount up to a weight of 1 lb to ship. This does not include the packaging costs and labor. In addition, costs go up on shipments over 1 lb and many times the UPS charges exceed what we charge our customers.
