placed within the USA, when your order is shipped
you will receive an email confirmation via USPS
or UPS with a tracking number. This will allow
you to track your order. In order to receive
the UPS or USPS tracking information a valid
email address is required. There is NO tracking
available for International and P.O. Box orders.

takes 5-7+ business days and International orders
can take up 2-6 weeks for delivery. You can
track your UPS order with the tracking number

Why was the
international shipping less than what you charged
me?
We use a third
party for international shipments. The charge
covers not only the cost to ship your product
but the labor to pick-up and deliver to the
shipping center.

Why is shipping
so expensive as the item I ordered is small and
weighs almost nothing?
Please understand
that UPS charges the same dollar amount up to
a weight of 1 lb to ship. This does not include
the packaging costs and labor. In addition,
costs go up on shipments over 1 lb and many
times the UPS charges exceed what we charge
our customers.
